Benefits Strong per-visit pay that rewards your experience Mileage reimbursement for patient visits Flexible, self-directed on-call scheduling A supportive interdisciplinary team backing you up overnight 401(k) / retirement eligibility Duties and Responsibilities As our On Call Hospice Registered Nurse, respond to after-hours calls and triage patient and family needs from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM Make in-home visits as needed for symptom and pain management, comfort care, and crisis response Complete hospice admissions and pronouncements as needed during on-call hours Coordinate care and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team and on-call physician Document each call and visit accurately in the electronic health record per hospice requirements Compensation and Schedule $65–$150 per visit based on visit type On call overnight, Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM – 8:30 AM Field-based coverage across your assigned New Jersey territory Skills and Qualifications The ideal Hospice Registered Nurse holds an active New Jersey RN license in good standing (compact/multistate accepted) Current AHA BLS/CPR certification Hospice or home care experience preferred; comfortable working autonomously on call overnight Strong end-of-life symptom management and assessment skills Valid NJ driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle for home visits Apply today to join LilyCare Hospice as an On Call Hospice Registered Nurse and bring skilled, compassionate care to New Jersey families through the night. #J-18808-Ljbffr LilyCare
