Senior AI Application Engineer

Owning and evolving the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer and agentic AI capabilities, the full-time Senior AI Application Engineer will design, build, and optimize systems that connect large language models to high-quality data while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end RAG pipeline, including data ingestion and response generation Design and implement AI agents and workflows, integrating them with internal and external systems Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize agentic AI opportunities across operations Required qualifications Experience building or maintaining RAG systems in production environments Strong knowledge of search technologies such as Azure AI Search or Elasticsearch Hands-on experience with large language models, embeddings, and vector databases Demonstrated ability to integrate agents with enterprise systems like CRM or ERP Understanding of information retrieval concepts and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
