Fairfield Inn & Suites Tucumcari is seeking a General Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences. Nestled in the heart of Tucumcari, NM, our charming hotel is known for its warm atmosphere and top-notch service. As the General Manager, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

With an annual salary range of $45,000 to $55,000, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and passion for hospitality. Join us in shaping unforgettable experiences for our guests at Fairfield Inn & Suites Tucumcari.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and targets for the hotel
Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members to maintain a high level of service
Maintain and improve the quality of services and facilities offered to guests
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, guests, and the local community to enhance the hotel's reputation and business

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in hotel management or related field
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams
Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software

Compensation

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
