Field Technician – Parking Lot Striping & Pressure Washing

Location: West Houston (Katy, Energy Corridor & Cypress)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20–$26/hour , based on experience

Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to help deliver high-quality parking lot striping and pressure washing services throughout West Houston.

You'll work directly with the owner during your training period (approximately the first 3 months). As your skills develop, you'll take the lead on jobs and operate independently while maintaining our quality standards.

No striping experience is required—we'll provide all the training.

Responsibilities

• Perform parking lot striping and pavement marking
• Operate pressure washing equipment
• Load, unload, maintain, and clean equipment and vehicles
• Prepare job sites and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Maintain high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
• Eventually complete jobs independently and train future crew members

What We're Looking For

Required

• Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in the Texas heat
• Flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, nights, weekends, and weather-dependent work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Lives within or near the West Houston service area
• Physically able to lift equipment and perform manual labor

Preferred

• Experience in landscaping, construction, warehouse, forklift operation, pressure washing, pavement maintenance, painting, or other hands-on trades
• Experience towing a trailer is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment
• Desire to grow into a Lead Technician or Operations Supervisor role

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$26/hour based on experience

Schedule
