Physician - Department of Dermatology, Inpatient Dermatologist (Open Rank/Track Faculty)

Position Overview The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek a Dermatologist to join the Department of Dermatology. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience. The ideal candidate will be a board certified/board eligible Dermatologist with demonstrated clinical and/or scholarly achievement, a commitment to excellence, interest in teaching resident and students, and dedicated to advancing research and innovation. They will contribute to the Department’s vision while upholding the organization’s mission and values. The responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to patient care, research, and training residents, fellows, medical students, undergraduate and graduate students. The Division of Inpatient Dermatology is particularly interested in candidates with a strong interest in hospital-based dermatology . Faculty in this division manage high‑acuity, complex medical dermatology cases within a large academic health system and work closely with dermatology residents and multidisciplinary teams. There are plenty of opportunities and support to pursue roles in leadership, education, and research for those that are interested. Each physician works with two scribes which improves clinic flow and work‑life balance.
