VP of Finance & Growth Strategy

Cubby is seeking its first VP of Finance to join the leadership team. You will own FP&A, accounting, capital strategy, and investor relations, while shaping pricing and capital deployment as the company scales.

The role demands strategic leadership, strong judgment, and the ability to make financial reality into actionable business decisions. You will build and lead the finance function, establish robust controls, and partner with the CEO to drive growth.
