Field Technician

Overview RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Field technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers. Job Duties Providing technical on‑site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries. Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner. Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and technical support requests. Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed.
