This includes delivering personalized account management, ensuring that customers are aware of all the features and benefits of the company's products, and assisting in problem resolution. The Customer Success Manager will also educate customers on how to get the most out of their account.The Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of product features and benefitsDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs and goalsEducate customers on Metroll's product offeringProvide a high-touch, consultative approach to customer serviceLead the customer through the sales cycle- from quotation to production all the way to product deliveryBe an expert on the product and market space to provide suggestions to customers on how to get the most out of our productsDrive customer success through proactive problem resolution, account growth initiatives, and proactive advocacyEffectively communicate cross-departmentally with other departments to provide excellent customerThe ideal candidate has:A bachelor's degree in business administration or something similarProject management experience from conception to completionMultitasking and time-management abilitiesClient-facing and teamwork abilitiesMicrosoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
