Healthcare Desktop Support Technician I

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an entry-level Desktop Support Tech I to join the IT Help Desk supporting users in the Olathe Medical Pavilion. You will install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and peripherals while delivering friendly, responsive service to staff and clinicians. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document resolutions, and escalate as needed. On-site and remote support across the Kansas City metro ensures coverage and SLA adherence. #J-18808-Ljbffr The University of Kansas Health System
