CareCore at Heritage is seeking a dedicated and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Minster, Ohio. Whether you're an experienced nurse or looking to grow your career in long-term care, we offer a supportive environment where your skills and dedication make a difference every day. Available Schedule 6:00am-6:00pm full time, every 3rd weekend rotation. 6:00pm-6:00am full time, every 3rd weekend rotation. PRN also available! What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team Accurately document care and services provided Support and supervise STNAs/CNAs as needed Promote a positive, resident-centered environment Qualifications Current Ohio RN license in good standing Experience with PointClickCare preferred but not required Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program Opportunities for Advancement Supportive Leadership Team Employee Referral Program Why CareCore at Heritage?
