Associate Dentist – Delafield, WI A modern, privately owned dental practice in Delafield is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their team. The practice operates on a 100% fee-for-service model, allowing providers to focus on quality-driven, patient-centered care. This role offers clinical autonomy within a collaborative team setting. Compensation & Structure: $200,000–$400,000 annual earning potential Day rate for the first 6 months Transition to percentage of production thereafter Associate position with partnership potential Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM 24–32 hours per week Full-time or part-time considered Clinical Focus: Comprehensive general dentistry Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays) Implant restoration Endodontic coordination and specialist referrals as needed Practice Highlights: Modern digital workflow (including CBCT and digital scanning) Strong mentorship and clinical support Continuing education allowance up to $3,000 annually In-house continuing education opportunities 401(k) retirement plan Collaborative, patient-centered care model Requirements: DDS or DMD degree Active Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility) Strong general dentistry clinical skills Team-oriented, growth-minded approach If you are interested in learning more about this confidential opportunity, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
