NOC Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee daily shift activities in the Network Operations Center (NOC). Coordinate incident responses and coordinate across teams to maintain network availability and performance. Foster a culture of operational excellence and teamwork through leadership and collaboration. Provide leadership in a 24/7 operating environment to ensure consistent, reliable network operations. Required Skills 30 years of experience in a NOC, IT operations, or technical support role Strong troubleshooting skills in TCP/IP networking fundamentals Basic routing and switching concepts Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure incidents Interest in developing leadership and supervisory capabilities Nice to Have Skills Certifications such as CCNA or Network+ Experience with network security protocols Knowledge of automation tools and scripting Prior experience supervising or leading technical teams Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Proven track record in managing or supervising NOC teams or network operations Other Requirements Willingness to work non-standard hours, including overnight and weekend shifts Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively at all organizational levels Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills Seize this opportunity to advance your career and lead a talented NOC team.
