Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and their families

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of New York
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Experience with high-volume or Level I/II trauma center environments
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
