Radiologic Technologist (RT) responsibilities include: Collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants through various tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Exercise professional judgment to provide health care services, including applying X‑ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups. Work with Medical Providers and/or Medical Assistants while examining and treating Urgent Care patients. Provide a variety of technical procedures and apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis of urgent care patients. Perform and analyze patient X‑rays and report results to Medical Providers. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Urgent Care Centers. Requirements High School Diploma required ARRT certification required Experience in a clinical setting preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire, obtained through the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA). American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required at time of hire. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in performing radiologic procedures and applying ionizing radiation for diagnosis, while collaborating effectively with medical providers and assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
