What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee audit engagements across a variety of industries, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables in line with professional standards. Manage and mentor a team of staff and seniors, fostering development and ensuring successful client outcomes. Serve as a key point of contact for clients—building relationships, resolving complex issues, and identifying opportunities for added value. Review financial statements and assess internal controls for compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory requirements. Stay up to date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to inform both internal processes and client advisory services. What We’re Looking For: At least 4 years of external audit experience, with proven leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Active CPA license (or in progress). Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit compliance requirements. Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client engagements.
