Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Cytiva (Danaher) leads a team of value stream engineers supporting manufacturing operations in Logan, Utah. The role drives continuous improvement, manages capital projects, and partners across functions to optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering team supporting manufacturing operations and building technical capability
- Provide technical leadership to resolve issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
- Drive continuous improvement using Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies
- Manage capital projects from design through commissioning, qualification, and startup
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS teams to execute value stream strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years supporting manufacturing equipment, processes, and operations
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience coordinating engineers, technicians, contractors, or technical resources
- Demonstrated success managing capital, equipment, or process improvement projects end-to-end
