Sales Director

Director of Sales – US | Digital Pathology

I’m currently working on a search for a Director of Sales to lead commercial growth across the US.

This is a hands-on, hunter-style sales role for someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.

What they’re looking for:

• 5–10 years’ customer-facing sales experience
• 2+ years’ experience within Digital Pathology
• Experience selling pathology software and/or AI strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
• Comfortable managing complex, 2+ year sales cycles
• Established relationships with senior pathology and laboratory stakeholders
• Strong understanding of hospitals, labs and specialty labs, particularly GU Pathology / Urology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Someone who can thrive in a smaller, fast-moving environment and operate with a high level of autonomy

There is potential to build out and lead a sales team as the company scales over the next 2–3 years.
