A.) from four-year College or university; or 3 to 5 year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceTwo to four (2-4) years' prior supervisory experience in manufacturing environmentMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Knowledge of current Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACPP) / Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) regulationsWorking knowledge of lab equipmentPhysical Requirements Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
