Position Summary
\nWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination \n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities \n
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach \n
- Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit \n
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process \n
- Submit qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries \n
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM \n
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding \n
- Meet or exceed fill rate, time-to-fill, and activity metrics \n
