Account Manager

Job Description Maintaining email and/or phone communication with all customers as assigned Handle and resolve customer inquiries Schedule meetings with customers during Market Week and at our showroom in NYC Ensure customers assigned have updated and accurate descriptions, images and pricing for all active items Complete product submission for new items Maintain CRM database with all contacts and agreements Maintain sales report and analyze for opportunities to grow the account Review competitive pricing Submit items for events and sales, and analyze results Qualifications Experience with online marketplaces Must be a team player At least 3 years of experience in the same or a relevant field Must have strong computer skills.
