Position Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated Mid‑Level and Senior Level Automotive Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing complex problems and delivering high‑quality services to our customers. Key Responsibilities Diagnosis & Repair – Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve vehicle issues. Perform thorough inspections of engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other vital components. Complete repairs, replacements, and maintenance services per manufacturer specifications. Service Management – Manage multiple service jobs and priorities while maintaining high‑quality standards. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and required repairs. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Team Leadership (Senior Level Only) – Lead by example in efficiency and quality of service. Contribute to team goals by collaborating on complex repair issues. Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with automotive technology advancements, repair techniques, and safety standards. Attend training sessions and workshops as needed. Qualifications Mid‑Level Technician – Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE certification) preferred but not required. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Must own tools & toolbox. Senior Level Technician – Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician with progressive responsibilities. ASE certification in multiple areas (e.g., brakes, electricity/electronics, engine performance) preferred. Excellent leadership abilities. In‑depth knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
