This environment has an emphasis on large packages, motor freight home delivery. You will report to the Manager of Home Delivery.**Where You'll Work*** This role is **hybrid** and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, OH office, several days per month. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.**What You'll Do*** You will coordinate shipments with our teams and service providers, including special and one-off requirements, while building strong cross-functional relationships.* You will monitor, analyze, and communicate logistics performance metrics and operational challenges across multiple facilities and regions, ensuring accurate reporting and issue resolution.* You will support the manager in establishing Key Performance Indicators for reviewing service provider performance and improving supply chain operations.* You will address delivery network challenges by responding swiftly to operational issues, ensuring high service levels, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.**What You'll Bring*** Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations, transportation, supply chain, analytics, business management, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* 2+ Years' Experience in Furniture Logistics or Residential Delivery* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with concentration in Excel (can perform complex functions)#LI-JM1Our **Total Rewards** package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
