Job Description:

Droisys is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to break into the world of technical recruiting and gain experience in the dynamic tech industry.

You will work alongside experienced recruiters and hiring managers to support our recruiting efforts for a variety of technical roles. We’re seeking someone eager to learn, curious about technology, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for our clients.


• Source potential candidates through online channels.


• Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial screening calls.


• Support the recruiting process including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.


• Maintain accurate candidate information in our tracking system.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, call center environment or a related field.


• Interest in technology and working with technical roles (IT, software, engineering, etc.).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team setting.


• Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms is a plus, but not required.
