Position Summary:

As the MDM Practice Lead at Chryselys, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our MDM and data management practice within the pharmaceutical industry. You will oversee client relationships, ensure successful project delivery, and develop our capabilities. Your expertise in pharmaceutical data management, industry knowledge, and leadership skills will be critical in shaping our services and offerings.

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Data and MDM strategy and implementation:

• Lead data strategy and implementation for Data Management and MDM solutions, utilizing industry-standard datasets like IQVIA Symphony for US and other regions (e.g., EU).
• Design and implement solutions involving pharma Datawarehouse/Data Lake and MDM tools such as Reltio at a global level.
• Extensive experience in Master Data and Data Quality solutions.
• Utilize AWS native services for data transformation and integrations with Mulesoft.

2. Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
• Develop tailored data management solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Provide leadership on client projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and success.

3. Thought Leadership:

• Stay current with pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and data management practices.
• Share insights on market opportunities, challenges, and emerging technologies.
• Lead engagements involving tools like Reltio and Mulesoft.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial data management, with consulting or similar experience.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, regulations, and compliance.
• Leadership skills and experience in managing high-performance teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Business acumen to drive revenue and profitability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like PMP, CDMP.
• Knowledge of data analytics, visualization, and machine learning.
• Experience with cloud data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Established industry network.
