Our restaurant has busy convention seasons as well as slower periods throughout the year, so flexibility and teamwork are essential. We believe in promoting from within and offer plenty of opportunities for growth, increased responsibility, and higher earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer orders and payments.
• Assist guests with placing orders using our self-service kiosks.
• Package to-go and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve milkshakes and other specialty items.
• Expo food orders to ensure accuracy and quality before they reach guests.
• Complete daily prep and side work to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Bus tables, clean trays, and maintain a clean, organized dining room.
• Help open and close the restaurant by completing opening and closing checklists.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and assist with back-of-house tasks when needed during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout your shift.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
