Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, providing comprehensive assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, adhering to our established policies and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create and implement holistic treatment approaches, facilitating comprehensive mental health services.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support, assessing emotional and behavioral issues, and providing immediate and effective strategies for coping.

• Work in partnership with families and support systems, offering insights and guidance regarding the treatment process and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be equipped to work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent is essential.

• Strong proficiency in computer and telecommunication tools, including experience with electronic medical records, word processing, and communication platforms.

• The ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction and superior organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting. Experience in telehealth is highly desirable, especially in adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual platforms to ensure the same level of care and engagement as in-person sessions.
