Financial Business Analyst (Risk, Reporting & Operational Efficiency)

You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into accurate requirements, documentation, and decision-ready insights that enhance risk management, reporting, and operational efficiency. Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to evaluate financial business processes and data flows, gather and validate requirements, and deliver clear process and data documentation—along with dashboards and actionable insights—to support risk reduction, effective reporting, and efficient operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities Stakeholder management Requirements gathering & validation Process mapping Data flow diagrams Requirements modeling (UML) JIRA/Confluence documentation Clear written communication Attention to detail Analytical thinking Problem-solving Support UAT with test-ready requirements Risk identification & mitigation recommendations SQL for analytics Excel/Power BI for dashboards Actionable dashboards & insights Required Qualifications SQL for analytics Excel/Power BI for dashboards Requirements modeling (UML) Experience with JIRA/Confluence Process mapping and data flow diagrams Strong stakeholder management Analytical thinking Clear written communication Problem-solving Attention to detail Ability to produce process and data documentation Experience supporting UAT with requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
