Gas Utility Credit & Collections Specialist
Vermont Gas
Vermont Gas Systems Inc. is seeking a Credit and Collections Specialist in South Burlington, VT. You will handle delinquent accounts, contact customers, and set up payment plans to keep gas service active while explaining rates and program options.
Ideal candidates communicate clearly, stay organized, and use MS Office to analyze bills and budgets. Experience in call centers or collections is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, compliant service.
