We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, managing user accounts, and maintaining IT equipment and peripherals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively with users at all levels, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Active Secret Clearance
• Security+ Certification (current and in good standing)
• 5+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience
• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Active Directory account management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting high-profile users

• Provide Tier II desktop and technical support for end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and related equipment
• Create, modify, and manage user accounts within Active Directory
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities within a ticketing system
• Support IT peripherals including workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
• Deliver professional customer service while supporting a diverse user community
• Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents and improve support processes
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards

• Previous experience supporting a large enterprise environment
• Familiarity with DoD or government IT environments
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticket management platforms
• Strong customer-facing support experience
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a dynamic environment

This position operates in a highly collaborative support environment where team members work closely together to solve technical challenges and deliver exceptional service. Successful candidates will have opportunities to expand their responsibilities and support users in increasingly autonomous roles as they gain experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Port Hueneme, CA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Port Hueneme,CA.
