Automotive Mobile Glass Technician

Replace automotive glass following quality standards Perform repairs on damaged glass Complete pre- and post-inspections with customers Utilize various tools and scanning equipment Complete repair-order documentation on a mobile device Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without causing damage Prioritize and manage time to complete assigned daily tasks Requirements Be at least 21+ years of age Have a valid driver’s license Be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks Be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Understand written and verbal instructions Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification is nice to have, but not required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in automotive glass replacement and repair, ensuring adherence to quality standards while effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Proficient in utilizing tools and scanning equipment for inspections and documentation.
