Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility to work across multiple campus locations

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with individualized education plans
• Complete thorough assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention strategies addressing motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and adaptive abilities
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and reports
• Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student progress

Position Details:

• Contract role
• Part-time schedule: 3 days per week, totaling 24 hours
• Serve students at Lakeside Academy, Sabal Crest Academy, and Beachside High School
