About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at The UPS Store - Brandywine, MD as a Center Associate! In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with shipping, printing, and other business services in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services.
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide expert advice on shipping options and services.
- Support marketing initiatives and promote store services.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
