Oklahoma Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator/Front Desk Team Member for our Oklahoma City location.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping patients navigate their dental benefits and treatment needs.
As a privately owned practice, the owners is actively involved in the office and works alongside our team. We are not a corporate dental group, which means our focus remains on patient care, teamwork, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
Reviewing and verifying treatment plans
Calculating patient out-of-pocket estimates
Checking patients in and out
Answering phones and assisting patients
Supporting the clinical and administrative team as needed
The ideal candidate will be:
Dental office experience preferred
Knowledgeable in dental insurance and treatment planning
A self-starter who can work independently
Kind, professional, and patient-focused
A problem solver with strong attention to detail
A team player willing to jump in wherever needed to help the office succeed
