At our busy dealership’s collision center, we need paint techs who are highly focused, driven by results, and motivated by a job well done. It helps to have a great eye for color, finishes and details, too. Job Responsibilities Conduct prep work for Paint Technician Tape and mask vehicle Mix paint Assist in paint coating Communicate status of all work to estimator Visually match all colors in paint color spectrum Inspect finished product for overall quality Attend weekly department meetings Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License) Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable) Compensation Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
