GU Field Based Marketing Director - Key Customer Team (Remote North East - NY, MA & CT)

Field-based marketing director role focused on building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders in genitourinary oncology across NY, MA, and CT. Position develops brand strategy, creates engagement plans, and serves as primary liaison between KOLs and cross-functional teams to advance Exelixis product positioning.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with assigned key opinion leaders
• Develop and manage key account engagement plans and congress tactics for KOL segment
• Support advisory board execution including speaker identification, recruitment, and training
• Create promotional content and speaker bureau materials in collaboration with home office teams
• Gather KOL feedback to inform brand strategy development and competitive positioning

Requirements

• BA/BS in related discipline with 13+ years experience, or MA/MS with 11+ years
• Field-based or regional marketing experience in oncology therapeutic area
• Launch experience and deep product/competitor knowledge
• Expertise in compliant KOL development and relationship management
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong presentation and cross-functional team leadership abilities
• Valid driver's license and residence within assigned territory (NY, MA, CT)

Compensation: $204,500 - $290,500 base annually
