Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based
Location: Tracy, CA
Pay: $55–$65/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Assignment: ASAP – May 27, 2027
We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across PreK–12th grade in a school-based setting in Tracy, CA!
Position Details
Full-time schedule
PreK–12th grade caseload
Caseload assignments may vary depending on the school sites assigned
Support students across 1–3 school sites
Work alongside a collaborative team of 4 OTs and 2 COTAs
Provide onsite occupational therapy services and support to students
ASAP start through May 27, 2027
Hourly pay: $55–$65/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students across assigned school sites
Complete evaluations, assessments, and documentation as needed
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, COTAs, and other members of the educational team
Support students in accessing and participating successfully in the school environment
Qualifications
Active California OT license
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently across multiple school sites
