Overview:
As a Lab - Phlebotomist, you will be the friendly face patients see when they visit a leading clinical setting for routine blood work or health assessments. Your expertise in specimen collection ensures accurate lab results that are critical to diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities:

• Draw high-quality blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations, following standardized procedures.

• Maintain precise records and documentation of all collections and related activities.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and support leadership directives to uphold process excellence.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
• Be responsive to staffing needs, which may include working weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, or overtime as required.

Required Skills:

• Proven proficiency in phlebotomy, with experience drawing blood from diverse patient populations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust with patients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Competent keyboard and data entry skills to document procedures accurately.
