Our client, a prominent organization in Austin, MN, has a clean-up project they need assistance with. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude.

Location: Austin, MN

Pay Range: $23.30

Shift: 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform outdoor clean-up activities on flat roof of the building, including clearing and bagging scrap or loose cardboard pieces
• Assist with lifting and moving materials, sometimes up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment during the project duration
• Follow safety protocols and instructions from supervisors
• Support team efforts to complete the project efficiently and effectively

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
