Job Description
Our Wendy's fast food restaurant is looking to hire a Manager who will join our fun, energetic, and fast-paced team! As the Manager, you'll enjoy plenty of work-related perks, such as company medical benefits, advancement opportunities, provided uniforms, free meals, and a family-life balanced schedule. The Manager is responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run. He or she will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day fast food restaurant operations and in managing the staff of our Wendy's. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures, and programs. The Manager must have experience in business management and people motivation and is an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities
- Complies with food safety procedures
- Works with management team to meet sales goals
- Manages food and labor costs
- Executes company policies and procedures
- Monitors food inventory levels
- Manages and maintains safe working conditions
- Manages crew member employees
- Interviews and recommends crew members for hiring
- Provides proper training for crew members
- Maintains fast, accurate service and provides top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast food restaurant
Qualifications
- One year of restaurant experience at a minimum
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Willingness to work on your feet
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Strong work ethic
- Up-beat and engaging personality
- Cash skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds to waist level
- Transportation to perform banking duties
- Open availability to cover opening/closing shifts throughout the 7 day work week
- Willingness to work in any of our 6 Utah County locations
