Production Machine Operator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our team in Wixom, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to safety and quality standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and report defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
