SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Forklift Operators for a large, well-known client in Carol Stream, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of our clients core operations, ensuring that quality product is received, processed, and delivered in a timely manner according to client expectations. The Forklift Operator is responsible for shipping (outbound), receiving (inbound), material handling, and warehouse organization.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All Temp-To-Hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20-21.50/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include:

• 1st: 6:30am - 3:00pm - $20/HR
• 2nd: 10:00am - 7:00pm - $21.50/HR

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

• Load and unloading inbound and outbound shipments inside the warehouse facility.
• Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of deliveries and shipments.
• Performs picking/packing duties in an efficient and safe manner while meeting customer service and time standards.
• Label every product and moving them accordingly within the warehouse.
• Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance.
• Ability to communicate with all levels in within the organization.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications of the Forklift Operator:

• Previous experience operating a standing and sit-down forklift.
• Previous experience operating an electric rider pallet jack
• At least one-year experience in a warehouse environment.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
