1099 Contractor Remote/On-Site Administrative Support day-to-day operations of LiDAR and mapping projects bycoordinating schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring seamlesscommunication between field teams, clients, and management. Keepprojects running smoothly through organization and attention todetail. About theRole As an Operations Coordinator at LNM1968, you'll be theorganizational backbone of our field operations. You'll coordinateschedules for survey crews and equipment, manage travel logistics,track project timelines, and serve as a key communication linkbetween project managers, field teams, and clients. KeyResponsibilities Coordinate field crew schedules and equipment assignments forsurvey operations Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, andvehicle rentals Track project milestones and ensure timely completion ofdeliverables Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate maintenanceschedules Process timesheets, expense reports, and projectdocumentation Serve as point of contact for field teams and respond tooperational questions Update project tracking systems and generate statusreports Assist with client communications and meetingcoordination Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience in operations,logistics, or business administration 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, projectsupport, or logistics Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiplepriorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project managementsoftware Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and adapt to changingpriorities PreferredSkills Experience in the surveying, mapping, or geospatialindustry Familiarity with project management tools like Asana,Monday.com, or similar Knowledge of field equipment and survey instrumentation Experience with government contracting or compliancerequirements Basic understanding of LiDAR, photogrammetry, or hydrographicsurveys #J-18808-Ljbffr Lnm1968 Llc
