Job Summary:

A Bilingual Lead Warehouse is responsible for overseeing daily operations while being fluent in two languages, typically English and another language common in the workforce (often Spanish).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse associates to meet daily production and safety goals.
• Train and assist employees on warehouse processes, safety procedures, and equipment use.
• Coordinate workflow and communicate with supervisors about operational needs.
• Oversee daily inbound operations such as receiving, sorting, staging, and loading/unloading products.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and handle materials (often up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency: Strong command of English and another language to communicate with diverse teams and management
• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff; manage staffing levels and performance
• Warehouse Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with inbound/outbound processes, inventory control, safety protocols, and compliance with OSHA or other regulations
