For more information about joining our team, please visit us at are seeking qualified candidates with a passion for a long-term career in Investment Banking, that have extraordinary levels of critical thinking, motivation, and initiative and aspire to deliver superior client service.Responsibilities:* Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution* Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses* Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations* Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners* Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities* Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings* Mentor and train analysts*The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
