We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and initial engagement to ongoing relationship management. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly while helping foster long-term satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Job Responsibilities

Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition.

Clearly explain services, processes, and relevant information to customers.

Maintain proactive and professional communication with customers primarily through email.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.

Investigate customer issues and coordinate with internal teams when necessary to provide appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.

Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Support customer retention efforts by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining consistent communication.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Work independently while keeping the team informed of relevant customer updates and issues.
