Flexibility. Growth. As an Applebee's Dishwasher / General Utility, you will help keep our back of house clean and operating smoothly. You need to be a great communicator and be able to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. You will work hard but have a great time doing it! Responsibilities Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas. Work as part of a fast‑paced team, communicating effectively with others. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Effective communication skills. Commitment to making a positive impact. Physical Standards Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work frequently in a hot and damp environment. Possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment. Ability to wear protective hand coverings, disinfectants, face coverings, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift. Compensation and Benefits Applebee's® Dishwashers start at $15 - $20.00 per hour. There is no fixed deadline to apply for this position. Competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, paid sick leave. Daily Pay not available in California.
