Responsibilities Interact with residents, understand inquiries, and provide responses. Perform assignments with minimal supervision. Work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands. Stand for extended periods during duties. Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Qualifications Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents, instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to work with computer, phones, and email; coordinate, multi‑task, and respond in a professional manner. Ability to communicate professionally in English (verbal and written). Second language proficiency strongly preferred. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Experience in luxury hotel and residential building environments is highly preferred. Salary Range: $29.9045 – $39.8726.
