Job Summary

As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' independence and well-being in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you'll provide personal care and support services to our clients, including:

• Building meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation

• Assisting with light housekeeping and household organization

• Preparing meals and supporting proper nutrition

• Grocery shopping and running errands

• Providing transportation to appointments and community activities

• Encouraging participation in hobbies and recreational activities

• Supporting mobility and daily routines

• Assisting with personal care services when appropriate

• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes

• Following individualized care plans and company policies

Requirements

• Honest and dependable

• Compassionate and service-oriented

• Friendly, upbeat, and approachable

• Professional in your appearance and communication

• A strong listener and problem-solver

• Comfortable working independently

• Passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence

• Motivated by making a positive impact in someone's life

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience

• Home Care Aide (HCA), CNA, NAR, or related certification

• CPR/First Aid certification
