What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative,you'rethe primary point of contact for our customers.You'lltake full ownership of every customer interaction, from the first hello to final delivery, making sure each person gets the expert guidance and genuine care they deserve.You'lllearn and adopt our marketing language to share consistent messaging with customers andwork closely with our production team to keepprojects on track.. Your Day-to-Day Greet andassistevery customer promptly, warmly, and professionally Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, start to finish Organize your workflow to consistently meet customer deadlines Present and explain our products and services with confidence, matching customers to the right solutions Manage incoming calls, emails and customer requests with urgency and professionalism Resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns quickly and to their satisfaction Apply company pricing systems and policies accurately Review estimates and invoices closelyand ensure accuracy Communicate customer needs clearly to the production team sojobs run smoothly Contribute to the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Customer service experience; printing or graphic arts industry experience a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid math skills Sharp attention to detail with a knack for spotting and preventing errors Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new systems Self-starter with strong problem-solving instincts You'll Thrive Here If You Love interacting with people and making them feel taken care of Bring a positive, upbeat attitude– even on busy days Stay organized and manage your time well Take pride in getting the details right Want to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time What We Offer Pay range: $17.50- $22.50 (based on experience) Medical insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company match Monday - Friday schedule (8-5) A workplace that values you as a person, not just an employee Ready to Start Your Career?
