Join our team as an Occupational Health Nurse and play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing workforce healthy, safe, and productive. This position combines hands-on nursing care, employee wellness, health education, and workplace safety in a supportive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid, injury assessment, and emergency nursing care for employees.
- Promote employee wellness through health education, screenings, vaccinations, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate care, referrals, and return-to-work programs for injured or ill employees.
- Support Workers' Compensation and disability case management.
- Maintain medical records and occupational health documentation.
- Coordinate hearing tests, blood drives, flu clinics, drug testing, and other health-related programs.
- Conduct or support CPR, AED, and First Aid training.
- Help ensure compliance with workplace health and safety programs.
Qualifications
- Current RN, LPN, or NP license.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Passion for employee wellness, health promotion, and workplace safety.
- Occupational health, case management, or workers' compensation experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
